Of course.  Adderall and the other amphetamines cause dependence, addiction, and tolerance.  Overdose can cause psychosis and death.  Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:

* nervousness
* difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep
* dizziness
* drowsiness
* upset stomach
* vomiting
* headache
* loss of appetite

If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your doctor immediately:

* seizures or convulsions
* blurred vision
* agitation
* skin rash
* heart palpitations or irregular heartbeat
* fever
* sore throat
* unusual bleeding or bruising
